BFS: Tension in Cheeks/Under Eyes?

Anyone with BFS have tension in their cheeks and under eyes? My twitches have gotten better but I've had this tension/funny feeling in my cheek muscles for months. Doesn't feel weak, just a bit tense. Any thoughts?

Hi yes i do !!! I had it for over a month now ! Cheeks , when i lift my nose up area surrounding it and forehead too sucks !

I got it too. I went for a masseter EMG and gladly this was nothing to worry about. I guess is because of chattering my teeth at night due to stress. I am sure you should be doing that too.... We are hammering those muscles
