Benign Fascics in Hand and Calf

My EMG picked up the fascics in my hand and calf he said they were benign, constant fascics did not mean a thing to the neuros i saw.[MY hand and calf fascics do look and feel different to the everyday fascics people get.]

my neuro picked up fascias in my calves and right arm in both the physical exam and EMG. not concerned, he even pointed them out to me during the EMG (popping sound). the key is the other company they keep, odd wave patterns, recruitment patterns, fibrillations etc etc. none of that found. even if it was all is not lost. EMG is a very sensitive test and requires significant experience to put all the data together.

my neuro has even said many people with ALS don't even have fascias.

oh yeah, my elbows have a faint one that seems to be going if i look at it, but i usually don't feel them.

for me at this point, i figure with everything twitching the way it is all over, i will be one unique presentation to have no weakness or atrophy and yet be twtiching everywhere.

in addition, i was suckered in by an infomercial a month or so ago to buy these things the "perfect pushup". after the first 21 day program i literally doubled my max pushups. this speaks to muscle certainly going on somewhere up there and my back, arms, elbows, all twitch.

I twitch everywhere as well. Infact, I identify with a lot of your twitching posts! How long have you had your symptoms? I saw my GP at the beginning of all this but he gave me the brush-off, so I didn't get to see a neuro (hence all the questions about what neuros think!)
