Are Dents Normal in Hands?

Right below your index finger knuckle? I mostly see it when I make a fist. I know this is a very specific question, but I've been really worried about a dent there on my hand. This dent is pretty prominent on my left hand, compared to my right. I've never noticed it before BFS, because I wasn't looking for any differences and atrophy.I know bodies aren't symmetrical, and dents can be normal..etc. I just want to know if anyone can relate to this at all.Thanks.

People's hands and feet are usually pretty bony. I'm not sure what you mean by below the knuckle but I definitely have dents/etc around mine when I make a fist. Can you elaborate?

The spot is what I would say bottom of the knuckle bone on the index finger. I can't describe the spot too well. But yes, I do notice all the bones on my feet, ankles, and hands. It's creepy though because it makes it look like I have tons of dents and grooves. Since now my mind equates dents to atrophy, it makes me nervous.
