twitching for 4 months tomorrow.got the results of my mri today- nothing significant to report. doc has scheduled another emg on tues the 12th at 920, but i wont get those results immediately. this time hopefully he will stick me on the right side where i twitch and cramp instead of only in the left side like last time.... been trying magnesium citrate...no luck there. cut out caffiene, didnt touch the twitches. foot stays curled over at rest and so my husband took the initiative to call my doctor to move things along, its nice having an advocate. hope everyone is well.

I recently read a book by the Mayo Clinic that most people have adequate amounts of magnesium and that generally a magnesium supplement is unnecessary.The book is call Mayo Clinic Book of Alternative Medicines.
