20 Years of Medication: Twitching Now?

Hi,

I'm glad it's working for you, but I have been on it for 20 years for migraines and just started twitching 3 months ago, so... And I was thinking my twitching could be because I've taken it all these years. I was going to ask my neuro at my next appointment if I could just go off it and see what happens. You never know!

Dave - I just wanted to check in and see how it is going with the Inderal? Is it still working well a few days into it?

I started Inderal about 2 months after my twitching started for migrtaines and tremors. It has not helped my twitching at all. I still twitch 24/7 in my feet and wide pread twitching, too. I wish that it would of.

Inderal is still working for me. Again, I still twitch, but the Inderal has decreased the rate or amount of episodes and made them more bearable.

While I'm not guaranteeing this will work for others, I suspect that my twitching is driven by my sympathetic nervous system being on hyperdrive, while others may have other vehicles (autoimmunity, etc.) that cause their BFS. Inderal affects sympathetic nervous activity by blocking some of the receptors for epinephrine.
