    Hi. When my BFS was at its worst, I noticed the same "pruned" finger tips. I was told by two physicans that this is a classic symptom of anxiety, which of course i did not believe. Anyway, I still get this symptom sometimes.

    Hi. I have a thought for you, My wife is a gastrointestinal nurse and she says many of these types of symptoms can be reflux, GERD, etc.. I had the lump feeling off and on and it turned out to be reflux. Thanks

    I can see it now.....the camera fades in on a group of us BFS'ers, muscles twitching away and the ad man says.... Do you twitch? Well not anymore, Drink Gatorade !! LOL :LOL: I hope that this works for all of us !! Good idea on the electrolyte imbalance.

    To add to Alonzo's disection "but it's not the absolute rule, the bloody desease could start also everywere at the same time" Bloody?? I don't know many Italians, but the ones I do know are not big users of the term "bloody". Sounds a little too British for me :LOL:

    EMG Results: Fasciculations

    I Did. Neuro said "These are benign fasiculations" 2 Normal neuro Exams. 1 Normal Brain MRI. Twitching now for 1.5 year(s). Still alive and kicking !! Decreasing twitches over last two months. Hope this helps.

    Jerry: I had the brain MRI too to rule out MS. My doctor felt the same way in that he did not think I had it but did it to make me feel better. Guess What? He was right. Take care.
