My longest constant fascic is my tongue which has been going for 2 weeks straight. It is not a just a tremor when I stick it out. The surface twitches and undulates constantly when at rest--on the top and side.

The only other place besides my tongue which twitches constantly is my feet (toes and arches. )My right foot is worse with my two smallest toes moving out to the side on their own thousands of times per day. Very visible now that it's warm out and I'm often barefoot or in sandals.

My referring doc did a nerve conduction and emg on both legs and one arm. There were no abnormalities. She said to let her know if things changed or worsened so I did when the fascics settled in my tongue. This is when she referred me to the ALS doc.Karen
