I won't go into a bunch of details about my experience (you can read my past posts) but in the last two years I have finally come to terms with this. Two years ago, I started taking 50mg of Zoloft after a year of not being able to cope with my symptoms and doctor hopping. I gave in and tried it. It was just what I needed to get me over the hump.
At the time I started taking the Zoloft, one of my most bothersome symptoms were this internal tremor which you couldn't really see unless I was holding a paper, etc. I felt it more than I could see it.
About 5 months ago, I started on 300mg of Wellbutrin to counteract the side effects of the Zoloft. It was shortly thereafter that I started feeling like the tremor was getting worse. But I just tried to ignore it and it didn't really bother me too much.
A week ago, my doctor upped my dosage of Zoloft to 100mg because of some serious personal problems that I am trying to work out (not related to the BFS.) In the past few days, I really notice an increase in the tremor. I can now visibly see it when I hold my fingers above the keyboard. It is definitely much worse than when I first started taking the Zoloft.
My question is this: Has anyone else had their tremors get worse with Zoloft or any other anti-depressant they have taken? I hate to decrease my dosage because it is really helping me through a difficult time, but the tremors drive me crazy!! Anyone?

PS However the twitching did significantly decrease with the upped dosage of Zoloft!
