You should realize you are not alone. I have the EXACT same thing happen to me. I don't lose sleep over it now though. Anytime you look at your calves going crazy just think "That poor bast*rd MarkS is twitching away like mad right now too. I'll be okay = tons of people have gone through this and Diego4Life has had alien calves for 10 years!"

Relax, the twitching doesn't mean anything bad. Make sure to get to a dr. if you have not already to check for other causes like low b12.

Klonopin will help you sleep fine through your twitching.. it will also reduce the twitching and rid your anxiety
