I have been taking Yoga and Pilates for about a month now. I attend class 3 times a week. Doing this has not helped my twitches - but it has made my muscles feel "calmer" and stronger, which gives me a sense of control. i recommend it. i only noticed exercise intolerance at first, which was probably due to the fact that since BFS started I thought I could no longer exercise and I was out of shape!
Yoga is about being more in tuned with your body, which made me think I definitely didnt want to do it. That is, I didnt want to notice my twitches even more. But, it hasnt caused that effect at all.
