Wrist Twitch: Experience and Worries

Hi, everyoneDoes anyone experience wrist twitch? I'm not mean the muscle twitch around wrist but more like tendon twitch. When that happened, I felt some of my muscle/tendon tightened and my hand bent/move a little. After about 1sec, it relaxed and my hand moved back. It comes and goes but occurred unusually often last night and made me become worry. I had a poor sleep last night on feeling it twitch. My left forearm trembles with essential tremor. But wrist twitch just showed up recently. It's twitching while I'm typing.I asked my neurologist about it but he didn't give me any reason or diagnose and asked me to see if it persists.I found a previous post like my symptom but I'm not quite sure we mentioned the same thing. It is something like this.

That is what I call wrist jerks. I had tons of them in the beginning at myfingers, my wrists and ancles, each time I relaxed, f.e. sitting on a chair or -most common-lying in bed. Many of us get these and also really bad myoclonic sleep starts, i once kicked hubby so bad he got bruises  It seems quite common on the board that they stay for some time and then decrease a lot. Any form of jerking has absolutely absolutely NOTHING to do with any motor neuron disease

sub -I have had exactly what you describe and I have also seen this question posted in the past so its not out of the ordinary. Regardless, its nothing to worry about. Don't fool yourself into thinking the symptoms represent something sinister. They don't.
