Worried about Dry Mouth and Twitching

since the days of my fears turn to Bulbar ALS!I've noticed:For days now I'm worried about my dry mouth!Thus I am worried about my mouth, I have the feeling I feel the twitching less! Why is that?I hope you understand my English!?i have the feeling twitching over body is less if I do not think about it????

Relax, my friend. Dry mouth would have nothing to do with ALS... bulbar onset or otherwise. Your dry mouth is most likely a symptom of anxiety. ALS is a disease of the motor neuron system. It only affects voluntary movement of the skeletal muscles. It has absolutely no effect on your saliva glands!!!You say that you're feeling less twitching? Thank your lucky stars. Your BFS is probably going into a state of remission. Good for you! I wish I could say the same for myself! Anxiety fuels BFS. The less you think about it, they better you'll feel....most likely.Good luck!John
