I guess I should reappear and give an update on how I'm doing.
I started taking Threelac in December last year because I not only had twitching, I had recurrent trush, constipation, athletes foot, floaters, etc etc. My research led me to and it actually took me 4 months since the symptoms began to come across that site and decide to give it a go.
I found a NZ supplier (where I live) and began a daily regimen. And man... was it horrible during the first 2-3 weeks. My symptoms got so much worse, I was fatigued, my vision became blurry. I almost gave up but, as smali said, I convinced myself it was the die off. And sure enough after those initial three weeks my symptoms slowly started to disappear. Yes I still had some twitching but hardly worth a mention.
Three months down the track my symptoms were reduced to such a low level that I, st*pidly, decided to stop taking Threelac. I was fine I thought. Back to my old self. During the first couple of months I WAS fine, but then my symptoms started to slowly come back...
To the point where recently I not only had twitching, thrush etc, but also tinnitus, headaches...
So I started taking Threelac again and for the first 2 weeks I thought I was definitelly dying. But now tinnitus is gone, headaches are gone, buzzing sensations are not as pronounced, and twitches are not as frequent. One thing that bothers me more than anything is the floaters, mainly because I'm not convinced these will ever disappear. I guess the time will tell.
My GP thinks that thrush is not connected to the twitching. But I choose to disagree, because I never used to get it like that in the past. She's sending me to a neuro and I'll go, just to get a confirmation there's nothing dodgy going on. But I will stay with Threelac for a while and get my partner to use it too just to make sure that we are not passing yeast to each other.
Smali is right and another person's BFS symptoms may be caused by something completely different. So you need to ensure that you have a variety of other symptoms too.
