Whole Muscle Twitching?

Hey Guys
Just a quick question...does anyone get 'whole of muscle' twitches...most of my twitching so far has been quite 'low key' and just certain parts of the muscle...however I just had my first whole thigh muscle twitch and it took me by surprise and it was such a sudden and jerky type twitch...I am used to just a part above the knee or just a certain area of the thigh muscle.

Responses would be appreciated...it has freaked me out a little bit.

Hi, Kate. In BFS it is quite common to have the entire muscle twitch. I have experienced this in my biceps quite a bit, and in my legs, from time to time. You are good as gold. )

get this in arms and calves, the whole big meaty part of the calf muscle will jump to one side. when it's the bicep or tricep fairly common too and sometimes repeats over and over like a machine gun.

I get this in my right bicep and it's a massive hit, the entire muscle freaks out.

Kate, I had exactly the same thing in my right quad a month ago; the whole muscle did one big twitch and it surprised me, as like you I am used to smaller-scale twitches.
