Hey guys—
My most bothersome twitch is the one that occurs between my index finger and my thumb. It is in the muscle there, below the “webbing” (I think it’s called the “adductor pollicis” if googling “hand anatomy” provided correct answers). It’s ironically my most bothersome, because it is the one that I notice the least. It doesn’t jump, or thump or anything like that. It is just a constant, faint twitch that is barely noticeable to the naked eye. I have to tilt it in certain light to see that, yes, after almost 5 MONTHS, it is still twitching every second of every day. I used to get really weird sensations in my fingers and thumb on this hand, but that has subsided, and it doesn’t seem like I’m losing any muscle in the area. It’s just nonstop. Occasionally I will look at it and it will have seemed to have stopped, but all I do is move my thumb and it starts up again.
So my question is this—how long is your longest hotspot? Your longest, non stop twitch in the same place?
