What To Do About My Eye Twitch?

I have this twicth under my right eye that will not go away. A fine twitch but really annoying, has been there for 3 days now. I keep rubbing my eye, hoping it will go away..not yet!Any suggestions on how I can make this situation a little better?? Up until now my twitches come and go, although areas of twitching are pretty much the same. This constant face/eye thing is something new for me and is bloody annoying! cheersRodger

Thanks Barbie...I am still discovering new things about BFS. Another twitch that I can quite clearly see and feel in my left forearm, is making my forefinger move. Like the twitch is stimulating the nerve to move the finger...what next! I hope this is all 'normal'!cheersRodger

Right there with you! That finger thing really sucks. I am okay with twitching unless it is in my face, feet, or hands. I had a facial one a couple months ago that was between my lips and nose. It moved my nose. UGH! It went away after a week or so. I did see my doctor with the facial one and started an antidepressant that helped at the time. Facial twitches usually mean increased stress, funny thing to say for someone with BFS. If you have any improvement with the finger thing let me know. It is really freaking me out and I know better!

Peter, I get that vertigo/lightheaded thing as well- comes and goes. I thought it was intially low blood pressurre, but now think it is BFS related. I find I am getting new symptons all the time, and it is challenging-as you are finding by the sounds. BFS is sooooo draining! :(

Did your eye twitch go away. This is driving me crazy today so I was on here searching for others who have had the same. Mine is my left eye underneath the eye. I notice when I squint the eye wants to stay closed longer than I want it to and will try to hold its self closed. Freaking me out. Is this bfs related?

Eye twitching is one of my least favorite twitches...they still annoy me just as much today, as they did 3 years ago...FRUSTERATING, but harmless, and totally BFS Normal. :D) ~*~Amy~*~

I get them too & hemifacial spasms. Both seem to be worse when I think about them, like any of the twitches. Take a relaxing day out somewhere, I'm sure it will do you the world of good. My right eye is most problematic, permanently but I've been having trouble with the left eye, half closing and twitching recently. Always worse when I drive and for some reason it seems worse when in work, yet when I'm doing something I enjoy it disappears for a while. If nothing else, a day out will take your mind off things and do you the world of good. :)

Mine did eventually go away..but seems to be a bit of a hot spot now ie it comes back. Along with my right thigh muscle (top just to left, above knee). That one has quite a regular 'gig ' Eyes ones are totally annoying.
