In answer to your questions, yes, anti-depressants can certainly cause various neuro symptoms, including twitching.
Stress can also have strange, mysterious effects on your body.
In addition, fibromyalgia causes all of the symptoms you are describing, including twitching, heat sensations, tingling, and ibs.
I'm assuming you have no weakness, as you didn't describe any in your post. Twitching without weakness is an encouraging sign.
So, it could certainly be bfs, stress, fibro, your meds, or all of the above.
