Hi everybody,

Been there for 2 years (started twitching back in june 2004), and not specially worried... but I have this hand twitch at the palm of my hand, 3 cm below the pinky finger, and I've had it for nearly one month and a half (along with hand pain, between my thumb and index, and at the location where I twitch) which is (if you except my feet) the longest hot spot I've ever had. Did anyone experience similar problems ? 2 months long hot spot ? Or twitching at this specific location ?

Yes, I have had hotspots for that long. Not to worry.

This has been a hot spot for me from the beginning. My hands and fingers twitch everyday a some point. This has been going on for two years. Some days good, other day's flopping all over. Try to relax your not the only one.
