Hi allSome of you may remember me from this board last year! just thought id come back on and say hi !! you may or may not know i had a really bad time with BFS, if you search my old threads you will see, and check this out...I still do this 24/7 in both calves !! for 2 years now and guess what its BFS nothing else.....keep the faith allChris
