Weird Vibrations and Thumps Today

Today was very weird. Went to my in-laws and had a great meal, and my cowboys won also. The weird thing was that starting early this morning, both biceps had a vibrating feeling to them Then the vibrating stopped, and both biceps and forearms did some jumping around. Hard jumps and thumps. Then the vibrating and or buzzing started again down the length of my arms and my thighs too. The vibrating or buzzing felt like it would gradually get stronger, then fade to weaker, then stronger, ect..Like you were turning a dial back and forth. Felt very weird and annoying. I tried to shake it off and rub it away, but that would just make the muscles jump a bit more. How rare is it to get almost body wide vibration feeling like the ones I described.

i did not get them bodywide at once but almost everywhere there and then since all this began. i am currently more worried about fine twitching in both shoulders and upper arms.

Woke up all through the night, some on my own, some my wife because I was snoring. Especially my arms felt like they were just mildy rumbling, all night. Im still feeling the vibrations and the deep arm jerks and rumbling this morning. This is really scaring me. I keep thinking Im going to be the poor guy that the emg's missed something. At least its not above the shoulders today too, no twitching in the face at all, yet... I have read some post about people worried about 20, 30, 100 twitches a day. If you count each time a muscle twitches, jerks, rumbles, flutters, just moves at all, I would need a calculator. I assume vibrations are not a symptom of ***, but whose to say I am having symptoms of ***, and the vibrations and such ARE due to anxiety. You would be experiencing both symptoms. I need some support here...

I have had buzzing in my back, my arms and my feet. Mine usually last a couple of days. The one in my foot was really weird. It would literally buzz for two seconds, stop for two seconds and start up again. It did that for 2 days...
