Weakened Arm and Elbow Pain

well after going to the dr last week and being told no als. yesterday i was
mowing the lawn when i was done i went to lift a glass of water and my
hand started to shake i also had some pain in the forearm like heaviness
today the arm is sore and my elbow cracks when i bend it also still shaking when i bend it. being of weakness??????

I, too, notice that if I am doing heavy work, particularly cleaning the house, lifting the vacuum up the stairs, or lugging in grocery bags, my hands/arms will shake afterward and about two weeks ago, I went on a business trip to Atlanta and had to lug my luggage and briefcase through the airport, and walked with it for 2 blocks to the hotel. For the next couple of days my arms and legs ached and I got worried, but that has since gone away. I still get the shakiness at times, but it comes and goes. I am sure you are fine it is a passing symptom.

Yes dont worry... shaking is a part of the bfs world.. i have it all the time especially after activity.

Not only is shaking part of the BFS world, it's also part of the world in general. I remember shaking after exercise for as long as I can remember exercising.
