Voice Changes: A Year-Long Symptom

I have been having this for about a year now, it comes and goes. When I have it my voice is stronger in the morning.

Yes I've had it. Get a checkup with a good endochrinologist, as thyroid problems can cause both twitching and hoarseness (along with all sorts of other stuff).

also look at GERD. When mine flares up, I get hoarse. The stress/anxiety that goes along with bfs can aggravate gerd.

But could you get hoarseness whitout the other GERD symptoms? Like sometiems I feel like there is always a little something in my throat and I need to clear it often, my voice gets also weirdly hoarse but it changes during the day. but i don'T have any stomach pain or burning or nausea... Its especially annoying since I'm a singer.

I don't know the answer regarding GERD, but I also have the tendency to become hoarse very quickly, along with the sensation of something tickling my throat.
