Just wanted to post a video of my calf. I've always described my twitches as "electrical firings". This is what I mean. I get different type twitches in the other parts of my body. They are more like popcorn popping.

Looks like what a lot of us have. But, whenever I get these things on video, I show them to my neuro. A laptop or ipad where you can make the image full-screen works the best, rather than a smaller screen cellphone or camcorder.
Hey... just wondering... you're talking about "electrical firings"... I saw your video and I know that you mean... but do you ever get like "thunderstorm" or maybe "lightning" twitches? lol... I have them a lot in my feet... it's like a big twitch followed by several little twitches.. Sometimes the whole thing is accompanied by a buzzing feeling at the same time... It can last a few seconds and come back later the same day... or only a few seconds or minutes later… I know I'm not being very clear, but I hope you guys understand what I'm talking about! Sometimes it really feels like an electrical discharge...
