Third EMG? What was the result (what does slight changes mean)?
But to answer your question. . .
for their to be weakness the ALS process has to start a while back. . By the time you have weakness/fascilations from ALS there should be definite changes on an EMG. So if your EMG was clean. . .then it is doubtfull that it went from clean to weak in 3-4 weeks
