Vibration Sensation for Months

I have had the vibration thing come and go for months and in fact at this moment I am getting that feeling in my left leg. It usually is in my legs up to my crotch but I have had it in my arms and back too.

I get very fine tremors after exercising or just being fatigued...something that never happened before BCFS. I would describe my "tremors" as contained to my forearms and legs in a longitudinal line along those muscles. When this happens I feel like I am not stable.........time for my Klonopin! Moreover, I have more of the cramp like sensation than the fasciculation described by most others. Also, I have never actually had a cramp just the sensation of my muscles wanting to cramp. This is why I describe my condition as "tightness" of the muscles with the occasional twitching, numbness, tingling, pins and needless. My condition always starts in this fashion:
1. Right cheek muscle tightness
2. Moves to my left cheek muscle
3. Quads get tight
4. Forearms get tight
5. Very fine trembling w/ sensation of internal trembling
6. Very fine thumb twitches and very fine instability
7. Generalized twitches
8. Things go downhill from here

I short circuit the process by introducing Klonopin at level 2. I try taking .25 mg of Klonopin Monday through Thursday. I may take .5 mg on my workout days (Mon, Wed). Friday, also a workout day I take .5 mg to 1 mg to get me over the weekend. In a week I may have taken up to 2.5 mg total. This works for me. This spares me most of the symptoms you have described. I will also go up to four days with no Klonopin. Doing this has prolonged the effectiveness of Klonopin for me. I am sure you will find others here that may require much more or much less medication. Many of the senior members have learned how to deal with this since BFS is soooooooooo intertwined with anxiety, stress, & fatigue. I know for a fact that stress and anxiety helped bring BCFS on me. Maybe it lowers immune response. Who knows but it did it for me. However I am glad it is BENIGN. But still a nuisance.
