Vibration/Buzz/Twitch in Thigh

has anyone had a pulsing vibration/ buzz/ twitch? My thigh will buzz or vibrate for 1-2 seconds and stop for 2-3 seconds and continue this cycle constant for almost 2 days. it feels like a little spot deep inside my leg about the size of a nickel or quarter vibrating on and off. I thought it was my cell phone at first. any respone would be appreciated.

Hi yes I get this in my feet, hands and sometimes down my thigh, it feels like a low electrical current....I asked neuro when I visited he said it's nothing just part of bfs.....hope that helps...

Ha! I'll do ya one better.Last evening, I hugged a friend of mine, and she pulled away with an odd look on her face. She asked, "Are you VIBRATING?" lmao, I kid you not. She actually wondered if I had a pacemaker, or something.So, yup. Apparently my entire body vibrates. Either that, or I forgot to turn my little, (ahem,) toy off. Blessings,Suzi

how long do these things tend to last? I've been buzzing/ vibrating for 2 days. Since I posted I am now getting them in my right leg off and on. This is stressing me. My legs also feel weak and every now and then I get that feeling like someone pushes behind your knee and your leg kinda drops. thats an exageration but the closest thing I can compare it to.

2 days is pretty short for a hot spot. It could go away tonight, it could go away in 2 weeks. It could go away in 2 months, you never know. All you really need to concern yourself with is that it is just spazzy nerves, nothing more. It will go away eventually.

Don't worry, I've had buzzy, humming feet for about 3 months now I just try and switch my mind off them....honestly don't worry about them...

yeh I get this in my hip all the time- right where my mobile phone is. I think it is MY phone going off. on and off. It usually lasts for an hour or two..or when I lose interest in noticing it is there..there is a message there! Very common and nothing to sweat about. Th only vibrating machines I have are my lawn mower or my chainsaw....and I try to steer clear of both those items. My wife has the washing machine....which she trys to stay away from as well!

I get exactly what you describe, behind my knees both sides an inner parts of legs at knee level....
