I finally made an appointment with a REAL NEUROMUSCULAR PHYSICIAN. (APPT 4/21/05) I spoke at length with the clinic nurse and she was very reassuring. This was the first time I have actually been told that there is a real cramp-fasciculation syndrome other than hearing about it on this site. Another interesting fact she told me about was regarding vitamin E deficiency. She said low Vit E levels can cause you to twitch. I never heard that before. It will be a research topic for next week. She listed a number of various tests that woiuld need to be run. I will be sure to post any unusual testing.
