I ran 4 miles 2 days ago and now I can hardly walk (worse than usual)! It wasn't that bad yesterday, now my back/legs are killing me. Anyone else get this?? I'm going to take some serious pain killers now..
Oh yes. I am in pain from doing just squats...I get pain in my fingers even if I spend time on computer..My back always has hurt, ankles, knees also lately..Your not alone...
Soak in bath tub and make sure you stretch alot...Jenn
I always have to remind nyself that pain and twitching after exercise is expected so I mentally prepare myself ahead of time ... it really relieves the anxiety ...
