Understanding Brisk Reflexes & ALS

I read a lot about brisk reflexes being one indicator of possible ALS. What exactly does that mean? When I had my exam with the neurologist he checked my reflexes and said that my leg reflexes were strong but that was the only comment he made. When he was finished with the exam he said I had a perfectly normal neurological exam so I assume I did not have brisk reflexes but could someone share with the me what that actually means. Thanks

hi there, many people including myself have brisk reflexes...i have had them for over 7 years, long before i got bfs...its very very common in anxious people to have brisk reflexes... :D)
