Unbelievable Symptoms: Anxiety & More

Mine was bad before, but for the past few days...........unbelievable! Along w/ anxiety & muscle aches I seem to be developing new symptoms (yes, the ones I've been reading about), all of a sudden my throat feels funny etc..........
So much for comfort.

I've been checking for atrophy..I hope I don't find a dent anywhere. Today I choked on a grapefruit..kinda worried me. My muscles have been aching too, and I feel like a slug on a hot houston sidewalk, on this merry day in June.

I've experienced throat problems(it felt tight with a lump there) way before the twitching started. I'm glad it disappeared a few weeks after it started.


I made an appt with my gp. She got me in the next day(which was today). This is a very busy clinic so I am grateful. I was basically there just to talk about you know what!! We talked for 45 minutes and she said she'd stake her life on that I didn't have IT.

I will now be adding lexapro to my smorgesboard of vitamins and synthroid.

I hope you get to feeling better. I've been twitching more these past couple days. THat's why I went to the doc.

I have been twitching about the same, I twitch one or twice a day, or maybe not at all, but since that post, I felt like I could not swallow, I was so freaked and working in radiology and all, I asked the radiologist if he would do a barium swallow, he did one, I am perfect, he said there is no spasm and no problem. He told me through med school he thought he had ALS over some minor twitches, we cannot worry sooooooo much. No doctor can ever tell you 100 percent that you will not get ALS or any other disease, but that is not because they think you will it is only due to malpractice.

Kerri dont u understand that you dont even have BFS?? 1 or 2 twitches a day isnt BFS, and it certaintly isnt ALS....if you start getting serious twitching and spasms in any part of ur body, that simply just wont go away, more likely your arms or legs, then you can get worried, untul then...seek psychiatric help
