Ulnar Problems Affecting Right Hand

Since I am having this "ulnar problems" on my right hand, that is the stronger one, I am noticing - I never noticed it before, so I do not know - my pinky finger is really sticking to outside (away from other fingers) when I normally look at my fingers (not spreading it and not closing it). On the ther hand all the other 4 dingers have somehow equal space between them and here the pinky stick out much to away of other fingers (outside). Now I just want to know if some real ulnar problems would make this or everybody's hand is just different and I hadn't been noticing, now I am worried with the tingling at night in pinky so I noticed it. Interdorsals seem to control this if I remember so indeed ulnar nerve. But on the other hand I have much weaker (atrophied) muscles and the pinky is ok, here I do not notice any thing wrong with mucle bulk and pinky is sticking out :( How can I test if my pinky is still working ok? Can it be just hypermobile? I really do not dare to send photo here ;)

Yes it is possible because of changes in the innervation. If i do not mess up something, it is even one of the visual signs of ulnar neuritis. I can say only that I for example got permanent gap between pinky+ring and the rest of fingers on my left hand after fracture of the finger and palm bones, when I suppose part of ulnar nerve 'lines' feedng those two were a bit damaged.

THanx. Because I was on EMG 6 years ago for my right hand pinky that was tingly for days (not much), they found that sensory conduction was not 100% normal, then it went away. But whatever it is there is no atrophy on this hand, interossei muscles are 2x the size of the other hand... So it is not necessary to be active unlar problem and a great one, it is enough to have some reinnervation and the position would be different?I can of course still put all fingers together or spread them, it is just the default pinky position is more out and the ring finger is more together to middle one also. You think this may be caused by some old ulnar problem and I just haven't noticed it because I really never look at it. It seems like only the default position is not right. I have some tingling there only at night (not tonight  ) that would not seem enough to have motor nerve atrophy there. And I have same problems on my other "atrophied" hand and there is very visible tendons as you know and the pinky is not sticking out.So as you told me, it is more logical to be a change in pathways that motor loss, because it is not logical that on the hand there is no atrophy (coparing to other hand), pinky would stick out and on the weaker hand it would not.And maybe its default position is such because I am holding mouse for so many years (joke) ;)
