Sorry all it is me again. I am really struggling with these symptoms especially during the night in bedMy feet/toes feel crampy a lot lately and they do cramp quite a lot now especially during the night I have already posted about numb fingers and pain in elbow and you very kind people explained to me that this is because my nerves are irriated causing my ulnar nerve to play up, but what I dont understand is why my feet feel like they do, lots more twitching, cramp and also if I sleep on my side my feet also 'fall asleep'Is this normal, that all four extremeties will fall asleep when resting? Also, anyone had this cramping thing and is there anything we can do about itI am four months into this now and things are changing all the time but I am afraid not for the best at the momentI know people have said that things do start to get better I just wonder whenAgain, thank you all so much listening to me moaning but I feel you are my only hope as my doctor/neuro dont really answer my questions

Well, I guess u aleeady know that those were on my list too. I am so sorry you are goibg through this but I hope that you will soon inderstand that this is annoying and sometimes painful BFS but that it won't kill U for sure. All this is part of BFS, as odd as this may sound

Hi lily, sometines I have hard nights with cramps too - every movement causes crampies. No idea why, I just have noticed that this is more evident in hot summer time and drinking more water usually makes that symptom less prominent...I have that for years, had that even before BFS, my mom has this symptome too... so at least I can reassure you this this should be a) temporary b) not seriousely damaging at all.I see generally there is a part of fellow BFSers reporting they feel much worse in hot weather, and there are definitely those who had bad times in winter, like me... probably it is also characteristic for various subtypes of BFS...

Thanks Guys for your replytoday has been a really difficult day, didnt sleep well last night with all symptomsso upset today and feet have not given up twitching all day and big toe moving on its own and this horrible crampingTrying very hard to keep everything under controlAny advice greatly appreciated

I have trouble in all 4 limbs, yes. At rest one hand, arm, both hands, arms, leg, feet fall asleep :( I wake up with numb ulnar side, medial side or radial side. I do not believe I have nerve entrapement as I can not have it in all 4 limbs (luckily the fifth limb only men have is ok  ).Yesterday my big toe moved by itself because of the inner arch twitching so severe every second. I get tingling also, buzzing, night hand tremor (usually right hand). You don't sound you have something I don't have. Unfortunately.

Hi Lilli,I know this feeling quite well, did send u a PM regarding this ;)It`s annoying but mainly due to our hypersensitive nervous system. My hands and feet do fall asleep very easily since the onset of BFS.Also, I used to know that trembling/shaking feeling in arms and legs.Don`t cramp that much but definitely more than before BFS.Ines
