Twitching & Zapping Pains For 2 Yrs

Its been 2 yrs now of pretty constant muscel twitching and stabbing/zapping pains. I am going in for another EMG in about a wkFor the past two days my upper nose has been twitching, the wk prior my chin. Very odd places, anyone else get twitches here?

Yep, all the time. In fact 2 and a half years ago that was my very first symptom. I chalk it up to the fact that I also have neck/posture problems.
