Twitching Upper Abdomen/Intercostal Muscles

24/7 twitching upper abdomen/intercostal muscles on the left (single spot) for a couple of days and less bothersome, but still persistent spot, at the base of the left little finger.The former twitching has challenged by sleeping, which is usually good. Overall, there has been a generalized flare-up.I hope it can cool down soon!

im sure it will.... i twitch in the abdomen also from time to big... big old twitches at that...

Please try a very warm compress soaked in epson salt. Its what I used to do when I had persistent ones. Usual spot for these were my right shoulder blade and left side of my abdomen, very annoying, but they always passed. )

it is scaring me. kept me awake since 3 am. never like that before. plus, more twitches...even wondering is i should go back to the neuro

Did you try the warm compress soaked in epson salt, it may very well help )

Thank you all for the support. it haas subsided and I've menaged to get some very much needed rest.By the way...Warm bath helps.
