Twitching Tricep: Hoping for a Ton-up!

Well the tricep twitch started,,at least I think that is the tricep, the back of the left upper arm. I could hope that the twitches are toning up the muscle, have a bit of the "granny arm" thing going on there .. Of course it is annoying, making me think,(and that is bad for me) , and am going on vacation in a few days so it better stop!!!

A new hotspot as come to visit but I plan on doing my darndest to evict this one before he gets to comfortable!

Hang in there all! If I did not make any jokes, I'd be hiding under a rock or jumping off the roof!!

Have a wonderful time on your vacation and don't let a new twitching spot spoil all your fun. Concentrate on packing and what a great time you are going to have away from the day to day hum-drum.

I get tricep twitches all the time. Usually in bunches, for a few days at a time (hotspots)
