Twitching Toe - What Now?

Ok..I havent posted the past week because I thought my twitches have calmed down and I was able to lay still to fall asleep easier..But..When I woke today, I had this rapid twith in my left toe, from my ankle to my big toe, felt like a popping and click and as if it was hitting a bone. It lasted for awhile, but I got my mind off it and I didnt feel it much. Later, it came back, and has been back every few it twithes rapidly, it isnt even a jump here and there, it rapidly twitches as if it twitchs 2-3 times each "thump" and it goes on for awhile before it stops for a few. I dealed with it for over 15 hours now.Just an hour or 2, my other foot started. Same time of rapid clicking, but its from the muscle on the arch of my foot to my big toe.Now I have two rapid twitching big toes that are starting to hurt because it's literally moving it "hardcore" I've never had a rapid twitch like this before, but they seem to be coming more and more. You wont believe how hard this twitch is thumping to move my big toe far out at a rate of 4-5 times per second. on each foot. You can see the indent as it twitches too..What can I do to deal with these rapid clicking twitches? its clicking so much I cant get my mind off it..Amputate my foot please

My feet and toes sound just like yours. I know it can be scary, but it really is just BFS normal. Seriously. I have stared at my feet twitching far too often (There's a few hours I'll never get back!) Little dents appear on my instep especially and my toes move on there own. I've gotten used to it at this point. You are "normal." At least for this board, anyway.

I have had a little bit of that in my toes. My big thing is my hands. It really does freak me out, and if I think about it, my anxiety skyrockets. I am not qualified to give advice, I am five months into this ordeal. My nuero has never said "benign fasiculation syndrome" but he has said I have "benign fasiculations" At this point in my ordeal, I take it a day at a time. Some are better than others, which according to some on here, is a good thing. I'm not developing weakness... Your toes sound the same as my hand, that being it is benign and not something sinister. I tell myself that on a daily basis. I wish my mind would listen to what my lips keep saying.

Thanks..This is by the far the scariest and most rapid longing twitch I've had. It is still going on, rapidly 5-15 times a second..moving the big toe intensly.I have no idea how to fix this. It is driving me insane lol. There is no position I can put it to make me help not feel it. but any other way is worst because its clicking.at this point I dont know if it will stop, but its making me go mad. I would flex it and it'll shake and twitch even more.

puregamer1,Forgive me if you explained this before, but why haven't you seen a doctor? I seem to remember that you might have insurance issues. If so, I hope you can see a doctor soon. I hope this not because I think you have something serious but because I know there are medications that may help you and you may have a very easily and quickly treated problem. I just hate to see you endure symptoms that you do not have to.Krackersones

I agree...as I said in your previous post, you need to get this sorted. You come to this board for advice..here is that advice.....GO SEE A DOCTOR!cheersRodger
