Twitching Shoulders and Feet- Worrisome?

Hi guys,My shoulders(side) are kind of twitching, sort of worms, itching. Is this something to worry about, never had it before.Also me feet , around my ankle is constantly moving but I don't feel it: is this something to worry about?You all think I'm clear after a clean EMG (started twitching 20 oct 07- last EMG 6 dec 07- about 6weeks of twitching) (now 6.5 months of twitching)Thank you for answering,Bart

What do you mean "kind of","sort of worms "? your twitching is benign if you have no CLINICAL weakness.

sort of wurms cralwing under my skin (shoulder): no weakness as far I can tellhad a clean EMG after 6 weeks of twitching...
