I don't really have pain or soreness or joint problems anymore so I really don't mind BFS for the most part. I mean, so I twitch, so what? As I have said many times before, as BFSers our enemy isn't really the muscle twitches, our enemy is actually our interpretation of our muscle twitches. If you don't mind them (as I don't anymore), they might as well be freckles or a wart or your nose or brown hair. They are just a tiny insignificant part of what makes you a person.To me, complaining about muscle twitches after five years would be like complaining about the fact that my legs are sort of bowlegged. It's like, okay, and?
