Twitching Relief: Morning to Evening

Hi everyone,
I'm still at the stage of testing different things out to relieve the twitching and have noticed that the twitching is really bad first thing in the morning when I wake up and stays pretty bad until lunch-time (I don't normally eat breakfast). After lunch, the twitching does seem to subside a little bit and is 'best' last thing in the evening (after dinner).
Anyone else notice any link to food? I read on another site that low blood sugar can cause muscle trembling and twitching, but I think that is just for people who have been diagnosed with diabetes??

The twitching gets bad again when I go to bed - but I'm now fairly sure it's because alot of my leg is touching the bed and therefore getting irritated in some way. If I put my foot on a pillow and sort of suspend my leg a bit, it gets a bit better.
Am I just imagining all this - or has this happened to anyone else?
