Twitching: Questions and History

Hi-I have a quick question: a little history on me: between twitching on and off for the past 6 months, very much more in the past month though. Had bloodwork, MRI, NCV and a limited EMG (i made the neuro stop b/c it was so painful-he said he only did it for my piece of mind anyways) . I have 2 questions:
1.) My twitching doesn't seem like everyone elses here. I have a really fast twitch in one spot and then it stops. It may move to another spot right away, or I might not get one for a few minutes. I did see the "popcorn" post and I think that is what my twitches are ALWAYS like. In fact, the neuro said that he coudln't officially DX me with BFS b/c he hadn't seen any of my twitches.
2.) Does anyone get random tingling everywhere? My head has been tingling, along with my face, arms, legs, tongue. Its freaking me out. Now I am more worried about MS than ALS. I read that an MRI cannot 100% rule out MS.
Does anyone have any advice/similar sensations? Thanks!

I have been twitching for 6 months also. I had the rapid poppers mainly in legs feet and hands. The hand poppers freaked me out, it seems like the closer to the head things get the more it freaks us out. I have not had any rapid poppers in 2 months now, and fascics have slowed dramatically since my PCP started giving me B12 shots. And yes my B12 levels were in normal range from blood tests however, a nutritionalist told me to try this since blood work can vary from day to day and everyones system isn't the same. my motto is to "try something".. Doctors tend to tell BFS'ers there is nothing proven to help.. read up on nutrition, what do you eat/drink.. are there neurotoxins like aspartame in diet drinks that you consume, foods full of sulfur that cause imflamations ?
trying to help..

I get tingling on my scalp. It only happens at night when I am sleeping and it wakes me up. It has been happening for almost two years now along with the twitching. I was wondering what your doctor said about it and how often does it happen. I get the tingling on the right side of my head about two times a month and it only lasts about two minutes. I am also worried about MS although I had a clean MRI.

Twitching has occured just about everywere on me at some point during the past year. Tingling occurs on my scalp, left side of face, neck, legs, toes etc.
