Twitching Quads: Any Experiences?

Hey peeps,After a long day sometimes in the evening when resting I get an occasional popping or twitch in a small area of my quad's (sometimes it feels like grapepie)Its like one or two pops then lots of little ones. Does anyone else get this? Kate )

Yes..and I think most of us twitch here as we twitch everywhere

Early on in BFS, I was getting pops here and there in my quads. NOW, they've gone rampant in my quads! As I sit here typing, they are not twitching but at night, they'll be going bananas on me... along with my back twitches, shoulder twitches, feet and calves... oh, and tongue. -Matt

THANK YOU... with out this website i would be lost im only 3 months into twitching. Fingers all crossed for emg next thursday. )

Yup get them in both Quads. Sometimes they go so nuts that I can see them popping through my jeans. Normal BFS! Your good!

I can feel mine, however they tend not be noticeable through clothes

Both quads for me, all the time after I exercise especially.

I've been getting them in my quads all the time now too... For years it was just in my calf muscles but it seems to have moved up a bit - just around the lower part of the quad muscles on both legs. Like you, I can feel them but they tend not to be noticeable through clothes... just like tiny ripples. Enough for me to notice and find annoying though!

Yes me to, both quads! I've run 40 min I have a twitch symphony on my quads now
