Twitching: Quads and Calfs/Feet?

Anyone twitch constantly in the quads as well as calfs/ feet?

I’ve recently started twitching 24/7 in my quads and it’s got me thinking; where will it stop?

I’m not really freaking out but am concerned. Not concerned about ALS or MS but BFS and where it will take me.

I have been getting them in the quads for about a week... not too bad ... just because I havent been sleeping well and everything twitches then but my quads are only when I'm really tired ... like ... always ;)

One day my quads were twitching like crazy, all over the place, more on the right then the left. I get the little bumps in my quads daily, but not consisent like my calves. Some days it is so maddening, and the only reassurance is the fact that people on this board are experiencing the exact symptoms, down to the relentless fear of something terrible. I believe that the longer these little or big bumps and twitches continue- and we continue to live our lives normally, they will become less important. It is sad that I personally have wasted one year of my life obsessed over something that is most likely a benign occurence. I know the fear and sadness, and it is zapping our lives - our energy. I say to myself the old cliche' : worrying about tomorrow doesn't take away our troubles, it robs today of its promise. or something like that- it's true, I need to tell myself this A LOT. Take Care

Nobody answered Mia's question about what "quads" are. Well Mia, quads are ATV's (all-terrain vehicles) I'm not sure why people are talking about them twitching; which perhaps is a red-neck word for idling. And this is idle chit-chat, and belongs in the Off-Topic Lounge.

Jeff, get a life or better yet a spanking. Duh, your twitching... I think we heard about that....ALREADY, like 365 times.

Basso ;)

Oh, yes... I know all about THOSE kind of quads, Basso. I grew up in a redneck town where kids would come to school with all kinds of injuries related to their three- and four-wheeler antics. "I DONE SPLIT MY HEAD OPEN TAKIN' MY QUAD DOWN A BIG OL' HILL!"
