Twitching Painfully with BFS?

I am only three months into this BFS mess and I was wondering if anyone else out there gets very hard and violent twitches all over that actually cause pain. I get these painful ones in my calves, feet, above the knee, quads, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, face, lips, and eyelids both at night and during the day. Does anyone else get these kind of twitches regularly?

Of course. Almost everyone gets those. Alonzo even describes them in BFS In a Nutshell as cramps that start to cramp but don't actually make it all the way. So they are like a half cramp.
