I have leg, back, shoulder, forearm, hand pain( muscles). I also have pain in my joints like feet, ankles, hands, knees, spine. My calves, thighs, hamstrings, forearms and shoulders & neck are always tight, Anyone else have this? I swam with my wife & little girl and after about an hour in the pool I got out. My legs & body felt so heavy, it was weird. I also have finger twitches a lot lately. Seems like I twitch in my legs almost all the time but my other twitches bounce around and stay for a while, then move and follow the same pattern.

I have finger pain especially on my right hand and the wierd thing its mostly when I am trying to sleep it feels painful and stiff. Legs sometimes a bit stiff or crampy. The twitches dosent really bother me and I can live with it but the hand stiffness and sleep starts are the worst for me

I have the same exact thing, German. We have a pool at home and I'm pretty much sore all over all the time. I was an assistant coach of my oldest son's baseball team and after 30 minutes of playing catch my glove hand was in a lot of pain.Right or wrong I think it's because BFS, CFS and fibromyalgia are syndromes along a common spectrum. I think these are the Fibromyalgia symptoms rearing their head more as I'm under more stress and anxiety.

I agree. I had years of anxiety and panic attacks prior to a physical symptom. I also get funky feelings in my mouth. I was stressed to the max about 6 months into this stuff and felt I was having difficulty speaking and kept having trouble swallowing. I got focused on something else( don't remember what) and I could swallow fine. My mouth still feels weird though. I have talked to others who struggle with long term anxiety and have read up on it and mouth issues along with bfs, fibro, cramping, pins & needles feelings and all kinds of other sensory type issues and they seem to be common. Who knows? I think the more we all bring to light every aspect of what we struggle with and don't judge but help each other, the easier it would be for many to get a handle on this stuff.
