Thanks Susi,Again it seems that attitude is the best medicine. Sometimes I can manage just by repeating to myself: I´m gonna be fine and sometimes, like for example now that I´m seated in front of my computer feeling the twiches very hard in my legs, I get desesperate... so I have to breathe and calm. Since yesterday I´m trying with something called hemotherapy a therapy based on your own blood prepared by an inmunologist that I´m visiting... I hope that the mix of the therapy, the suplements, meditation, exercise and better attitude towards life make a difference in my health soon.
