Twitching: Lower Body + Arm

I know this has surely been asked before. My twitching has been predominately lower body for the past 6 weeks, and occasionally elsewhere more sporadically. Now I have a new repetitive twitch (invisible as most of mine are) in my arm. This is common right? Thanks.

I am experiencing the same symptoms. I'd have to say Yes, as unnerving as it is. No pun intended.
