Twitching Legs at Night - Experiences?

Does anyone ever wake up and feel their twitching in the middle of the night? This has been happening to me alot lately. My legs are jumping all over the place. Sometimes I can't get back to sleep. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this.~Leslie

I've experienced that in my hands in the past. Not so much lately, but things come and go with BFS.

i experience twitching in my legs or arms from time to time when i wake up at night. it happens more when i am anxouis or when i just had a bad dream.

I frequently wake up with twitching in lower back, butt, and legs.. it comes and goes, and sometimes I am also unable to go back to sleep. I also wake up with fingers that are numb for a few seconds, and then return to normal.
