Twitching Left Hand/Arm: Any Advice?

Lately my left hand and arm have been twitching like mad. I feel the twitch by my ulnar nerve and I can feel it pulling and spasming all the way down my arm and moves my index finger quite stongly......Anyone relate to this?

Same here!Left forearm went mad 3 weeks ago. This morning, shoulder, arm and forearm. Forearm still most of the issues. And the left side has been the "best" for years...Fore some reason, the right side is leaving me in peace at the present. However, I can tell you, the left arm has been twitching incredibly. Usual self-testing...Strength ok...Lifiting weights as per usual to keep my mind away from it.

Angus,DO you have any pain with this arm and hand twitch? General arm pain, or a nerve type of pain in your arm?

I have had it in the foreman down to area between thumb and pointer finger, comes and goes, does feel crampy when i get it there. Last couple of days i have had a tingly numb feeling in my left pinky toe, its driving me nutz so i can relate big time. I think my toe and side of the foot might be from my sciatic nerve but who knows now that i have this other crap. Hope it gets better.

No pain with this twitch, it's just annoying...it makes my whole finger move.

I read your story Angus en Edado, since beginning of december this year, my left arm and shoulder region are twitching heavily. Normally my quiet side also. I started twitching 1/4/07 (i still see the twitching start in de arch of my right feed to spread bodywide in 2-3 months and never to go away. I am not so often on the site anymore, but check in once in a while.
