Twitching Left Foot: Causes?

I have twitches 24/7 in my left foot arche and sole. This ist not a good sign i have heard. Only in the left foot, feels like vibrations/tingling but i can see the fascics!!! Anyone has this too? One side? Sole?

also in the sole Mario? Please be fran. Preferable to öne side? Almost always?

You probably have it everywhere and are just noticing it on one side. Log off the computer and go for a walk. You need to stay off this site for a while.
