My left foot has been twitching now for 5 months. I get them all over body, but it is constant in left foot. My question is for those feet twitchers:Do you tend to get it in one foot more than the other? Is it in the same area? And, does it ache where it twitches? My left foot will not stop twitching in center arch and now it looks smaller than right foot! I am scared that it is atrophy. I got EMG a couple months ago and said it wasnt ALS, but what is it then? Should I go and get another EMG to make sure it hasnt changed? It is scarying me b/c it is constant in left foot!

chez, I also get the constant foot twitches. Although my foot twitches seem to be equal in both feet at the arch, I get them so much that there is absolutley NO let up. It also causes my feet to cramp at the arch if I am resting and not on my feet. When I see my feet in a backround of light, it is disturbing how much they are moving. It looks like rippling water when there is wind. I also get a lot of twitching in my calves but primarily my left for some reason. But I also have migrating twitching throughout my body. I feel as if I am electrified or something. I am pretty certain it is PNHE although I have not been officialy diagnosed with anything. I just hope it will settle in time. I dont think I would ever be able to get used to the sensations if they don't subside. Anyway, I do not get anxious about it and try not to let anything stress me out because I am sure that is like kicking the hornets nest. Take care and chill out.
